Delivery

• Small packages are delivered directly to your mailbox. Larger packages are delivered to a delivery center near you. You are notified that your package has arrived at the place of delivery by e-mail.
• Domestic delivery time is between 3-5 business days.
• International shipping  7-25 working days (does not account for time in custom)
• The package is left for 14 days at your delivery center. If packages are not collected, we will send an invoice to you     for our shipping and handling costs, currently 150 SEK.
• We are not responsible for any fees required by customs.
• Domestic shipping  3-5 working days.

Return / Complaint

Question: How do I do if I want to return / advertise a product?

Answer:
• You are entitled to return your item within 14 days from the date you received the goods, provided it is returned in undamaged, unused, unlabeled, and unbroken in its original packaging.
• Return information is available after contacting NALM Cosmetics customer service at  support@nalmcosmetics.com
• Refund takes place within 14 days.
• Contact our customer service before sending your product to us for complaint handling. If approved, we will refund your shipping costs.

Question: Can I change an item I bought for another?

Answer: Replacement cannot be done at Nalmcosmetics.com , but you can instead return the item. The product must be returned unused, unbroken in original packaging and in undamaged condition.

About my order

Question: How do I know my order has been approved?

Answer:
• When you have completed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received an order confirmation, please confirm that your e-mail address matches. Notify NALM Cosmetic's customer service and we will send you the confirmation.
• When the goods are shipped, you will also receive a delivery confirmation by e-mail. Together with your delivery, you will receive a delivery slip which is valid as a receipt.

Question: How do I know my package has arrived?

Answer: Home delivery and delivery to a delivery center near you is announced by e-mail.

Question: Can I track my order?

Answer: Sorry, not in the moment. But we offer free shipping worldwide!

Question: Can I change my order?

Answer: If your order is not confirmed by you, or if it’s not completed, you can change your order. If the order has been sent out, you cannot make any changes.
 
Question: I have trouble paying with my debit card on the site?

Answer: This may be because you do not have your card connected to Verified by Visa / Master SecureCode. Many banks have new requirements that all bank cards must be connected to Verified by Visa / MasterCard SecureCode or that you as a customer use e-cards to shop online. Contact your bank for assistance with this.

Question: Why am I denied card purchases?

Answer: Banks have recently increased the requirement for card security for e-retailers. The increased security requirement from the banks means that a customer must activate his e-commerce payment card in order for it to work properly. If you as a customer have not activated your debit card or have not used the computer in which the card is activated then you may be denied purchase at checkout. If you have not activated your card, we recommend that you choose an invoice or bank payment instead.

Question: Do I get a written order confirmation?

Answer: Yes, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered e-mail address immediately after confirming your order. If you have not received an order confirmation please check you spam/junk, if it’s not there, feel free to contact us at support@nalmcosmetics.com

NALM Cosmetics has no liability in case products are sold out or for any typographical error on the website in the product descriptions or technical specifications, colors in images, inaccurate or adjusted prices or any other incorrect information with regards to whether a product is in stock.

Products

Question: Are your products cruelty free and vegan?

Answer: Yes. None of NALM Cosmetics products or ingredients are tested on animals. All products on the website are vegan, which means there is no animal substances in our products.

Question: How do I shop?

Answer: First, select the products you want to shop. The products you choose will end up in the shopping cart at the top of the page. When you are done with your selections, click the "Checkout" button.

Question: Why has my product I added "watch" instead of a “add to cart” directly under the product?

Answer: This may be because the product is temporarily out of stock.
